Welcome to Fluxx.work ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Fluxx.work generates AI product and fashion imagery from images you upload. Output is produced by third-party AI models and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Your content and rights

• You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to the images, brands, logos, and trademarks you upload, and to generate derivative imagery from them.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the images you generate, and for ensuring they do not infringe any third party's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
• You retain ownership of your uploads and generated images, subject to the rights of the underlying model providers and applicable law.

3. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies, artefacts, or unintended elements. We do not guarantee that output is accurate, error-free, fit for any particular purpose, marketplace-compliant, or free of similarity to existing works. You must review every image before commercial use.

4. Credits and billing

• The Service runs on credits. Generating images consumes credits.
• If a generation fails to produce an image, the credits for the failed images are automatically refunded to your balance.

5. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxx.work and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or for claims arising from your content or generated images. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fluxx.work and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your generated images, or your breach of these Terms.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of the operator's registered location.
