Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Fluxx.work to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Infringes intellectual property — uploading products, logos, brands, or trademarks you do not own or have permission to use.
• Uses a real person's likeness (including uploaded model photos) without their consent.
• Is sexually explicit, or depicts minors in any unsafe or inappropriate context.
• Is deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or harassing.
• Impersonates a brand or person, or creates misleading endorsements.
• Violates any applicable law or marketplace policy.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for verifying that you hold the rights to all uploaded images and that your generated images comply with the law and the policies of any platform where you publish them (e.g. Amazon, Flipkart, Instagram). Fluxx.work is a tool; how you use the output is your responsibility.

Enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without refund, and may report unlawful activity to authorities.
