User Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Fluxx account and all personal data associated with it, including data received through Google or Facebook sign-in.

How to request deletion

1. Email fluxx.contactus@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my data".
2. We will confirm your request and verify account ownership.
3. Your account is deleted within 30 days and we confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your email address, profile details and login credentials.
• Your credit balance and usage log.
• Any linked Google or Facebook sign-in identifiers.

We may retain payment and invoice records only as long as required by law or for accounting. Uploaded and generated images are not stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Facebook users

You can also remove Fluxx from your Facebook account under Settings → Business Integrations, then email us as above to delete the data we hold.
