Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Credits

Fluxx.work sells credits that are consumed when you generate images. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

2. Automatic refunds for failed generations

If a generation does not produce a usable image (a technical failure), the credits for those specific images are automatically returned to your balance. You are only charged for images that are delivered.

3. All purchases are final

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once completed, including unused credits and credit packs. Because each successful generation incurs real compute cost, credits that have been successfully used to produce images are non-refundable. AI output is inherently variable; dissatisfaction with the style or look of a delivered image is not grounds for a refund.

4. Cancellation

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us. Remaining credits are forfeited on voluntary account closure and are not refunded.
