Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Credits

Fluxx.work sells credits that are consumed when you generate images. Prices are shown on the pricing page; rupee prices include GST. Growth, Pro and Business are monthly subscriptions: the plan price is charged automatically to your saved card or UPI mandate at the start of each monthly cycle, and each payment adds that plan's credits to your balance. Unused credits expire 30 days after they are granted. Agency and credit recharges are one-time purchases.

2. 100% refund on unused credits

Not satisfied? You can claim a full refund of the credits you paid for and have not used. Only unused credits that have not yet expired can be refunded. Write to fluxx.contactus@gmail.com from your account email and we will refund the amount you paid for those unused credits to your original payment method, within 7 working days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. The refunded credits are removed from your balance.

• The refund is worked out per purchase: unused paid credits multiplied by the price you paid per credit in that purchase.
• Used credits are not refundable. Every generated image incurs real compute cost, so credits already spent on images, videos, edits, upscales or any other feature are not refunded. AI output is inherently variable; dissatisfaction with a delivered image does not make its credits refundable.
• Free and bonus credits are never refundable and have no cash value. This includes signup credits, promotional, referral, loyalty and reward credits, and any extra credits added on top of what you paid for. When your balance holds both, free and bonus credits are treated as used first.

3. Failed generations

If a generation does not produce a usable image (a technical failure), the credits for those specific images are automatically returned to your balance. You are only charged for images that are delivered. Returned credits count as unused credits.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from Settings. Once cancelled, you are not charged again. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current month; the credits it added stay in your balance, and any of them you have not used can be refunded under section 2.

Upgrading to a larger plan partway through a month charges only the price difference for the rest of that month, adds the same share of the larger plan's extra credits, and bills the new plan from your next renewal date. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect after you cancel and your current month ends.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us. Claim any refund of unused paid credits before closing your account; credits still in the balance when the account is closed are forfeited. Accounts terminated for breaching our Terms are not eligible for a refund.
