Frequently Asked Questions
How does Fluxx pricing work?
Fluxx runs on credits. New accounts start with 24 free credits. Growth, Pro and Business are monthly plans that add their credits every month and can be cancelled anytime; Agency is a one-time pack, and you can top up with a one-time recharge whenever you need more. Every generation spends credits from your balance, and 12 credits buys 1 AI product photo, at 1K, 2K or 4K.
Do credits expire?
Yes. Credits expire 30 days after you get them, including unused credits from a monthly plan. Cancelling stops new credits, but credits you already have last until they expire.
Can I buy more credits if I run out?
Yes, at any time. Add-on credits are available on top of any plan, and larger add-on packs bring the per-credit rate down.
Are these prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. Every price includes 18% GST, in ₹ or $, and the GST invoice itemises it. Nothing is added at checkout.
What if I'm not happy?
Claim a 100% refund on your unused credits. Only unused credits that have not yet expired are refundable. Write to us from your account email and we'll refund what you paid for those credits. Credits already used, and free or bonus credits, aren't refundable. Separately, any image that fails to generate gets its credits back automatically, so you're only ever charged for images that are actually delivered. The refund policy page has the full details.
Do I own the images — can I use them commercially?
Yes. You keep full ownership of the photos you upload and of the images Fluxx generates for you, and you can use them commercially — your own store, marketplaces, paid ads, packaging and print — with no attribution required. The Terms of Service set out the licence in full.
Are the images accepted on Amazon and Shopify?
Customers use them for both. Exports are unwatermarked files at up to 4K, so they clear Amazon's 1,000px minimum for main images and Shopify's product-image guidance. You stay responsible for checking each image against the platform's current rules — the Terms are explicit that Fluxx does not warrant marketplace compliance.
What happens to the photos I upload?
They are used only to generate your images. They are not used to train any model, and they are never shown to other customers — uploads and generations are private to your account. A job's images are deleted from storage 10 days after it runs, and you can delete one sooner from your history.
How long does a generation take?
A single image is usually ready in under two minutes, and a larger set takes a few minutes more. You can leave the page while it runs — the job continues server-side and appears in your history when it is done.
